Dear Parents,

We hope this message finds you well, as we ended the trimester 1 academic year 2023. We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your continued support in providing the best education for our students. Our school community thrives when we come together, and today, we have an exciting proposition that benefits our staff and beloved students.

Our Staff members, who work tirelessly to nurture and educate our children, deserve a comfortable and welcoming home within the school premises. However, the staff house is in need for renovation and modernization to ensure it remains a pleasant and supportive environment for dedicated educators.

Here’s where you can make a difference and reap the reward too! We invite two (2) to three (3) parents to participate in the renovation of one of the school staff house. By joining this collective effort you not only contribute to creating a conducive living space for our teacher but also have the opportunity to clear anyOutstanding Fees 2023.

Here’s how it works

  1. Contributing your Skills and Time: we welcome parents with skills in carpentry to join our renovation team. Your time and expertise will be invaluable in transforming the staff house.

 

  1. Fee Clearance Program:for the completion of the renovation, a percentage or part of your child’s outstanding fee for 2023 will be cleared. It’s a win-win situation, where your efforts directly benefit your child’s education.

 

  1. Teamwork and Collaborations: working together, we will create a renovation plan that ensures the staff house becomes a warm and welcoming space to our teachers. Team up with other parents and share ideas to make this project a success.

 

  1. Transparency and fairness: we will maintain full transparency throughout the process ensuring that your efforts and contributions are accurately recorded to offset outstanding fee.

Join us in this noble endeavor to support out dedicated teachers and create a positive impact to your child’s education. We can build a stronger and more vibrant school community.
